Watts Bar 8/15/06 night fishing

I went for a while last night after the front went through, and man was it tough. I caught three fish and the biggest was close to three pounds. All three were keepers, but that was the only bites I had. I fished spinnerbaits, TR red shad worms and black jigs with little success. I also forgot the camera, so I am suprised I did not catch a hog since I would have no proof. I fished around Thief Neck and at first it was really breezy, but by midnight, the wind died down. Water temp was 84 degrees. I am going again tonight, so I hope they are a little more hungry.

3 for 3 doesn't sound too awful tough there bro! At least it was a smidge cooler last night. I was steadfastly building some DJW baits last night ... I was at least with you in spirit! emoBigsmile

Yes and no TT. Quite a few were for the pic-a-nic, but there were also quite a few in there for some of our CFF members with regular orders as well.

I caught them on the Worm and they were ten foot deep or less. Hopefully with the front gone and the wind calm, I will have a little more success. I already loaded the camera so I am readyemoHungry
