I put in by the house today and messed around thief neck. I pulled on my first spot and in three casts, I had three fish. They were not keepers but fun none the less. I established a quick pattern, they were on every point I pulled up to. I lost count after 30 fish, and caught them all day. I had a few keepers, with the biggest wieghing three. All fish caught in less than 5 feet of water, around points, with a SB and TR worm. Water was clear to about 4 feet and 58-60 degrees

Jon, I'll be out on the water this upcoming week starting tomorrow. I'm not sure where all we'll be fishing but if you see a white Ranger w/dual consoles that will be me and my dad. Stop by and give us a shout. Thanks for all the reports. I'm scared the cooler water and rain may mess up the fish and it's hard enough for me to get on fish without Mother Nature getting involved messin' stuff up.emoRolleyes

Great report, jtf. It sounds like points are the pattern of the week, at least until the water temps creep back up. That water has nice color to it...is that a feeder creek or out in the main lake?

JTF..... So good to see you back!!! Missed you man.  Going to have to talk the old man into a trip up that way and fish the old farm again!!!!  Last time we were there I got some killer smallies!!! and they fought like the devil.

Actualy Jason, the water with color to it was off the main lake, and is clouded from some construction going on in the cove. It was pretty clear on other parts of the lake.
