went down to whites creek to try it out and only caught three keepers all on a SB. the one in the pic was the biggest at 5.6 lbs the other two were 3 1/2 and 4. Good day but not alot of fish. The water in Whites Creek is colder than the rest of the lake, the cold mountian water was 53 and the main lake was 60. I caught the fish on the many isolated stumps on the flat in the back of the creek. Looks like a week of warm weather and the full moon will really bring them up.

What color do you perfer Jon? Do you change with the water color or do you pretty much stick to the whites and yellows?emoScratch Jmax

White and chart is hard to beat in skirt color, but after the bluegills come up I like the orange or gold. I also noticed lots of shad around this year and I tried to primarily use a gold or silver willow leaf.
