Watts Bar bass 6-8-06

Put in at Caney Creek at about 11 a.m. and fished down river. Started out at Shields Bar fishing CR lizards and cranks. Only caught slicks, so I went down past Thief Neck. Fished secondary points with the CR lizard and caught a couple dozen with the biggest about 5 lbs. All fish were 12-16 ft deep on long points with lots of rock. Water was stained and 78 degrees.

I heard a report from the other end of the lake, Jon. They said it was slloooowwww. It only took a little over 4 lbs to win the tournment.
