Watts Bar Crappie 3/19

A friend and I went on the Emory and wore out some crappie. Fish were 6 ft deep and caught on black/chart tube under a floater. All were caught in one spot where we have put out some fish attractors. We both had a limit in three hours and were still catching them when we left. All fish were in a spot where they can stage before they spawn.

Sounds like a good day Jon. Was you fishing some of the cover you had made or some that has been there awhile? Seems like it usually take a while for them to move in on the green stuff.

It was put out over the past two years. The cane buckets draw them pretty fast. Also put out cedars a year ago, and they were producing.
I'll have some pics tomorrow before we clean em.
