My web site statistics are showing a significant number of referrals from a www.keywordspy.com domain.

I don't want to register to learn details... general description shows it as a way to figure out keywords competitors are using on places like GoogleAds. But I don't use Google Ads or any other so-called "ad-word" programs other than good Meta Data.

Anybody have any idea what this is and why I'd be getting website "referrals" from it?

Keywordspy is a tool that searches other pages to see what keywords you use to get hits on search engines such as google. Your page is being read by them. That's why your getting the hits. They aren't actually referring anyone to your page.

Thanks. I knew it was something like that. But it's odd that it shows up in my stats as a "referral." All the other various "robots" show up in a completely category.
