Weekday fishing?

Is fishing during the week just as bad as fishing on the weekend this time of year?

Not even close. The weekdays are the way to go if you do not have a reason to fish on the weekends. The only exceptions may be when a big tournament or several tournaments are coming up. Then it really does not even seem to matter. Jmax

Thanks I come down a few times a year to fish. My work schedule usually means I have to make weekend trips, but I am able to come down Mar. 25-26 (Mon. and Tue).

In my limited experience, Monday’s can be tough with the beating the lake takes over the weekend but still better than fighting the weekend crowds which I still have to do.

I agree, it is better by far. But with that said, Wolftever parking lot was slammed today.

Better, but still not great. Could not put in at sale creek yesterday morning because there was nowhere to park. Parked at the road at possum creek.

I'll try to get there early. I usually put in at Grasshopper and it fills up fast.
