There are no real "good" places near Weiss. There are some what I call get by motels. JR's is OK and the Hawgs Den at Cedar Bluff is fair. If you want real good accomodations you have to go to Rome or Gadsden. Either one is 20 plus miles each way.

10-4 on the Fibbers! Major grazing there. We make special trips to Weiss just to eat there occaisionally. They are partly responsible for my physique.

If you guys want a good place to eat you need to try Tony's Steakhouse it is the best place to go I think . The lighthouse food is not any good emoVomit have eat there 2 times and it was awful I will give a place a second try but after that no moreemoZipped

i just got back from weiss 2 weeks ago and i stayed at JR's and enjoyed it, they have lighted docks to fish off of and everyone was realy nice. i would recomend it.

Definitely stay at JR's. When I stay over at Weiss, there is no second guess about where I will stay. emoSun

If you're gonna be there Friday night, you might have a difficult time finding a room. The BFL Choo-Choo Division is fishing there Saturday. It all depends on how many are fishing it.
