Thanks Guys, here is a little about myself. I just turned 40, 4 years ago I was a smoker and 250 pounds. I quit smoking in April of 2009 and by January 2010 I was a non smoker and weighed 280 pounds. I started eating better and going to the Rush in February 2010. In 2 years I lost 105 pounds and did it exercising and eating right not crazy dieting and starving myself. I feel like I did it the right way. I started in January of this year trying to put on some muscle where I had lost so much weight I felt weak so I started lifting more and eating more.
In June of this year I started hurting really bad in my neck, it was so bad I couldnt even fish, so I had an MRI. My disc between C6 and C7 was completely out and lodged between my spine and spinal column. I had surgery August 29 and had a complete disc replacement so I havent been able to do anything in the gym since June. I have put on about 10 or 12 pounds not eating as good and not being able to exercise.
I am almost to the point where I can get back in the gym and get back to eating right. I dont eat too bad but when Im in the gym my eating habits are alot better than when Im not going to the gym.
