He has a tremendous passion for teaching others what he has learned about taking care of your body with proper diet and exercise. He’s been focused on taking his passion to the next level with his girlfriend and gaining a following in the home-fitness movement, and couldpossiblybe a part of a future workout project with the creator of many of the Beachbody programs like Power 90, 90X, Insanity, Body Beast, etc.</font></font>

Everyone has a six-pack, some just have more "cushion" around it. Diet is number 1 and exercise is number 2. Don't buy any if those abdominizers or similar from those late night infomercials...

team-d - 10/30/2012 12:18 PM Nope, will probably strengthen your abs just fine I'm sure, but won't get rid of the "donuts" covering them up (-:

Yea, um, Imthinkingyou didnt catch the name of that rig. ;)</p>

Billy, I would suggest getting over to Matt's and doing a fit-test to determine your starting level. There are options on what to start with, and options with-in each program designed for different results and fitness goals and levels. He can help you wade through that and for a plan. He can help you get setup with Beachbdy and then under Heather's umbrella and added to the support group they run on Facebook too.

Looks good! No didn't catch the name of your exercise device, and don't want to know any more details about it... Getting a plan together sounds good Billy, let me know and we can do some "before" numbers down (weight, body fat, waist, etc).
