what is a glow shad?

I keep seeing post here and there of people using "glowshad". I have idea what kind of bait this is. Will someone please post some infomation about this bait.

I believe it is a sassy shad but as the name suggests, it glows. I know Fishtales, and I think Jacks has them.

Not sure if they are still open, but Mr. Leonards tackle just up the hill in Bryant, AL from Nickajack Dam sells the lures and jigheads I had good results with. Good Luck!
