Smoked Guinea pig of course.
I've been trying to get Spur to come to my house and eat for a year and a half. He always has something better to do. Now I bet he won't be able to resist. emoHungry

WooooooHoooooo, what a fine looking meal. Sorta looks like the way I fix squirrel, swinge the hair off over an open fire then BBQ the squirrel untill the meat starts to fall off the bone, the skin will just slip off then but it keeps the moisture in while it is cooking. i used to have a neighbor who loved the squirrel brains when they were cooked like this, take a pair of pliers and crack the head open. I never tried guinnie pig.emoHungry emoHungry emoHungry

Never heard of eating guinea pig before until the other day when someone at work said that it was great meat. Not for me. I heard that beaver was tasty also.

Our kids had a couple of guinea pigs for a few years. I grew to hate them and thought of many ways to get rid of them but eating them never crossed my mind... still doesn't!
