I would have guessed the framing of an old building but the 5.7 foot depth is confusing my guess and the object starts about 12-15 feet to the left.

The structure is not on the bottom. The "shadows" start away from the structure, but would touch the structure if it was on the bottom. There are also no shadows to indicate posts holding it off of the bottom. I think Carl got it right - a floating dock/slips/marina just off of the edge of the shore (upper left). Is there the start of another section at the bottom of the pic?

ANSWER: It is a Floating Dock at a Marina.


But not only is the floating dock showing up but some rubble below it and a few fish.
