1992 procraft PRO 170, been setting 3 to 5 years under car port, most of carpet is out, has new carpet and glue just needs put in, seats need recoveried, they look bad, suface on top was clearcoated 3 to 5 yrs ago, but boat has been used for storage of all kinds of stuff, has scratches, may clean up ok can't tell, needs tires dry rotted, no trolling motor, not sure about switches or pumps if they work or not, now to motor, owner said it had fuel leak , but ran great, its a 1992 johnson v-4 115 hp, what i could tell will need tune up, carbs rebuilt, water pump replaced and seal is leaking in foot, shaft felt ok just a very little end play. I need help with pricing this boat. Don't know what price it would cost to fix. I think the boat woulkd be worth in good shape between 3000 to 3800 dollars, but trying to figue out whats its worth like it is is hard, thanks for the help.
1- tune-up, carbs rebuilt, water pump replaced, gas leak fixed toward top of motor on the front ,looks to be the regulator or fuel pump- any ideas on cost?
2- putting carpet in what the cost would be ,if all carpet was out?
3-seats recoveried or replaced
4- clean and polished and waxed
5- will need new batteries also
