When does the grass usually top out on the Chick?

Don't want to start a spraying war LOL, but I was wondering if the grass should be topped out by now? I'm finding some on the ledges but nothing has gotten to the top of the water yet.

In some creeks it's just a week or so away.

The flood gates were open from thanksgiving until Easter. That has the grass behind in many main lake areas. That being said I have seen some within inches of the surface in some pockets and creeks
