Hey guys,

I've had my 2005 Stratos 285 Pro XL for about a year and a half now, and the previous owner didn't have a cover. It's made it through 2 snows, but now it's just getting ridiculous, there's no reason I shouldn't at least have something on there. I'm looking for a good cover, and it's gotta be black. I know aurora covers makes the best, but I refuse to pay their $700 asking price. I'd like to stay around $200 and preferably have something trailerable. Anyone know where I can talk to someone local or a good online company that makes a good fitting cover for my boat? Any help would be much appreciated...

Bass pro only has ugly blue ones...

I totally agree with you JDK, I don't want some cheap cover... But i've never purchased one before, I'm sure there are some good ones out there for $300 or so, I don't know... But i just can't justify spending $700 on a cover

Was just looking for some options, anyone else have any input?

i got a 03 pro star 21xl dc, my cover is from aurora cover.com,custom fit, with embroided hood, boat sits outside, been trailered over15,000 miles, with minor maintance,{washing and waterproofing},looks as good as the day i bought it!

I recently got a boat cover from an online company. They are based out of TN (Collierville). I was very pleased with not only the product but also the service that I received and the price that I paid. I went with a custom cover, but they have stock covers also. I am sure that they can help you out with whatever you need. Here is the link to their site : Boat Covers.
Let me know if you need any more info.
