Who is Steve Daniel???

Just thumbing through the recent Bassmaster and saw that an angler from Chattanooga was fishing the Elite Series

. Anyone know who he is?</p>

I think he still guides out of Roland Martins camp in Florida,He and Debbie used to live next to me and helped me get started in tournaments and then went big time.A super nice guy and great fisherman,Havent seen him in a few years and lost touch.

He was out at Sportsman Warehouse this past summer doing a sim. with Jeff Reed. I meet him & he invited Jessie (Fishing dept. Mang.)& myself on his tour buss & meet his Wife & cats. They were realy down to earth & realy great. You'd have to realy look hard to find a nicer guy! I know he will do great agin this year & it couldn't happen to a nicer guy!

Steve Daniel,is a Man that used to fish with the Chatta Bass Club years ago,then desided to turn PRO .and moved to Florida.last I saw him he was fishing out of Roland Martins place in Clueston.Fla. Ochochobbie as a Guide

ditto to all of the above and also i think years ago before he went pro, he was a boilermaker by trade. i used to run into him and his wife lots of times eating out and they were always very nice.

I know some of his family work at Flex a Bed in LaFayette, Ga. I meet him the year before last at the Big G. He was a super nice guy.

I'm 'jacking this thread a little, but since we're on the topic ... does anyone know what ever happened to Jay Kendrick from Ooltewah? He fished BASS a couple of years ago and placed second (I'm pretty sure) for Rookie of the Year, then vanished.

Anyone?

He still fishes some of the BASS opens. If I am not mistaken I've seen his name in some BFL's. Again I am not for sure but he might be living in Bama now.
