Why no 3-31 reports?

I fished hard last night untill about 2:00AM . Only had Three keeper Crappie. Gave up and went home. I went to Nick below Chick for spaawts and what-ever. Caught only a minimum number of Fingerlings. Gave up on that and loaded up and went Crappie fishing at Chester Front, Harrison Bay and Island Cove. One bluegill, one 5" crappie and one small Largemouth. Is it me or the fish just not bitting today.

I noticed that as of 7:30 PM no one has posted a fishing report of good fishing today. Must be one of those Days.

I saw you down there Liveliner as you headed upriver from Aquarium. Started to wave you down, but as always, I just wasn't sure it was you and I hate to make more of a fool of myself than I already am. I netted up a bunch of threadfin and gave the new bait tank a test run. Figured I was going to wear 'em out. Oh well... I probably caught a half-dozen good spots and a couple of largemouth from in about four hours. I did miss several. I was fishing big threadfins so it had to be a pretty good-sized spot to suck him down. Several times I could watch those little 10 & 12-inchers come up and gnaw on my threadfin.... just couldn't quite eat him.

I most likely would not have seen you Richard. I was in a hurry to get outta there. I was catching those too little to take your bait. How do you like your Super Bait Tank? Does your tank have the air injection tube? How did it do with threadfins.

Like the tank... I wish it had handles. A chore getting in/out of boat. It did well... caught 'em at daylight and had plenty of shad still alive and kickin' when I left at 2 pm. it's going to take me a while to learn to guesstimate how many I've got in there. When you you just drop a load in there out of a net in the dark, they're hard to count.

It is not just you David fishing was a little tough for me as well. We only caught 38 keepers today at Rocky Mtn. and it took from daylight to 2:00 PM to catch them. We usually start culling down there by lunch. Not complaining here just making a statement that it was tougher fishing today.
