Here's a quick lake report. Been a while here on CFF

Water temp: 70-72
Clarity: Good 5+ft
Turnover is now over in most of the creeks

Running wide open and covering lots of water for 10-12 fish on average. I'm still throwing topwater, swimbaits, and Spro Mcsticks. Over the past week my I've started moving into more creeks and throwing 1/4oz buzz-baits and Sebile's early but after the sun gets up I'm hoping for wind and throwing more Under Spins, Crankbaits, and smaller topwaters.

Spoons and drop shots are still working when I've found the right school of fish. Fish are still good quality.

Biggest Spot of the week was caught by good ole Billy with a 5lb Spot caught on a Spro McStick. Pictured first below.

Good luck out there.

Fishing seems to be improving a bit. Turnover is almost finished in most creeks, still seeing a little but the worst is behind us.

Topwater, Sebiles, and Spotsticker Jigheads rigged w/ Big Bite plastics have worked this week. The topwater bite is there if you run enough water and have a little luck on your side, you can catch some heavy fish on em too.

Taking the weekend off to spend with my 5yr old for her birthday. Be safe out there. I have days open the last week of October and through November.

Photo's from this morning with 4 time returning client Jonathan Raymer of ATL. Thanks again Jon!
