Got started about 2:30 this afternoon after work. The wind was ripping, Started off by hanging up in an old crappie rig that someone left about a mile of broke off line in the water. After that, first fish was good keeper about 1.5lbs. Ran down from Grasshopper to hide from the wind but that was not going to happen today. Ended up with three keepers the biggest was 3.9lbs. caught a couple of short fish but that was it. Most fish came on plastics and spinnerbaits not as shallow as they were last week. Water temp. was 56-57 everywhere I went. Hopfully this southern rain will help warm the water back like it was. Just hard to do anything with this wind like it was today. I'll be back at it later this week.
