Winning Tournament Baits Poll?

I see this poll when I log on, but I realized I don’t understand what the poll is about. Should it be taken by people who win tournaments? Is it a record of the baits which have won tournaments? Is this for any tournament or just for CFF tournaments?

Thanks for the reply, but I think you’re assuming higher intelligence than I’m running with here. I take from your answer that this is supposed to be a record of the actual baits that won individual tournaments. So this means that if we win a tournament, we should record the bait? Is this all tournaments, not just CFF, including small club tournaments? Should they only be local tournaments, and how local if so?
