Late post here, sorry. But on Saturday my daughter and I went to try for a big catfish. No luck there... but I decided to try and stockpile some bluegill for bait. We found a bunch... 1/16th oz. tube jigs (yellow & white) tipped with a waxworm. Fish REAL slow, and REAL deep (10-25 feet). We had about 20 monster bluegill in about an hour before the rain set in and ran us off.
