What does everyone do to winterize your outboard or do you do anything at all besides a fuel stabilizer.

Just keep fishing during the winter, problem solved. lol

Yep, around here some of the best trap fishing is in the winter and the best crappie fishing is all winter long. If you let it sit up for a month or so put you some Sta-bil in it for sure. It will help it when you go to start it back up. Then check your lower unit to make sure there is no water in it that might freeze. Water in the winter is the big concern. If you have your boat somewhere not heated you always run the chance of damage from freezing. Check in your live wells and boat hull for water as well. Lower you motor all the way down if stored outside so no water can puddle up in the lower unit. It also helps I think to run a can of Seafoam through it at the end of the year before you store it up. emoThumbsup Jmax
