thats not exactly something someone can answer sight unseen .. but most running lights are two wire lights .. pick one to be hot , one to be neg, dosent matter which one .. if your replacing the lights , and you still have the old lights in .. just wire the same way old lights where wired .. if the boat your putting lights on never had lights .. use 18-16 gauge wire ..
pick one to be hot one to be neg if the wires aren't pre color coded from the light manufacture.. use white or black for your neg wire .. and black or red for positive wire. run one set back to the switch .. from each light to switch.. make sure you leave some slack at each end say 6-12 inches longer than you need in case you ever need to cut off some later. the switches come in a varity of configurations.
If its a new switch should have wiring diagram in package .. old switches just wire the same as before .. providing you didnt just unscrew the wires with out a picture .. or drawing a quick diagram on paper b4 you pulled off the wires.. if you already pulled off wires with out marking some how . well then heres your sign emoLaugh emoPoke emoPoke
Beyond this answer above .. Id have to see it .. or go to a boating supply dealer ..bring your old switch , and get you a new one
