Wolftever ramp closed

My buddy and I got off the lake at 3 :15 they were putting up barricades and said wolftever would be shut down at 6:00 tonight and will be closed until further notice. Harrison Bay is also closed...Stay safe people...

Oh well. Maybe we should look long term. Surely the lake not taking the 7 day a week beating this spring could be good for the lake in the long run?

there are a few other ramps around that are TWRA owned and hence will still be open. Granted they are not as big/nice and don't have courtesy docks... but its access!

I posted a thread about the reopening around 5:00 pm yesterday in the Off Topic forum. A few more threads working in that forum about parks / boat ramps. The HBSP office just told me they are in a meeting right now to discuss what facilities will be accessible to the public.

It sounds like their will be limitations for sure...besides just day-use so far. Cross your fingers -- hope for the best. emoThumbsup
