wont to buy youth rifle

looking to buy a youth rifle bolt or lever action cal 308 or smaller but not smaller than 243 if any of u guys have one thats not getting used or maybe someone out grown my son would love to have it thanks happy holidays to all

You might also consider a 7mm-08. Good youth gun. not much recoil.

yes a 7mm 08 would be ok i get him a gun every christmas and was hoping to find a good quality used one to save a little cash

You need to check out the Handi-rifles. They are single shot guns that run around $200.00 They have a lot of different models including youth in several calibers. I have the .25-06 with the bull barrel. The gun is a little heavy to carry, but you get very little kick for energy you send down range. Most of the department stores carry them. They are made by New england Arms. Check out their web site.
