I have not seen the actual results yet from the CBA last night but I was just told there were over 22 limits of five bass weighed in that were 20 lbs or better! emoEek If that is true that may be some kind of record. Also heard that Steve Kite and Daniel Lewis took the event with over 28 lbs. That is all I have heard, any body know more? emoScratch Jmax

That is correct. It was crazy. We were first out of the money with 21.65 I believe.

No telling how many bags had potential to be over 20 also. We had 19 with a 2.5 lber and had a 7+ jump off 10 ft from the boat! Talkin bout stingin!

It was crazy. We had 21 pounds and finished 18th. There were 4 9 pounders weighed and 2 over 10. We had 61 boats which means over 1/3 of the field weighed 20 pounds our better. Even crazier is 10 percent of the field had a fish over 9 pounds. That's nuts. I think the tour guys might wreck em this week.

I bet nobody had the luck that we did...

James' boat broke down after our first stop... about 830... got towed in, went and got my boat, got one of the CBA officers to check our livewell so we could get back at it... got started about midnight and ended up getting a little over 20 lbs and good points

Definitely an Iaconelli moment... "never give up!!!"

Finished 15th with 21.13. Not too bad but didn't get a check. Still proud with 15th tho with all the talent there. May give it another go.
