WTB casting rod, 7' MedHeavy. $20-40 range

A friend hooked me up with a couple of his old casting reels.
Im trying to make the transition from spinning into casting on the cheap.
Ive scoured most local stores and can't find the config I am after in my price range.
Ideally 7.0 medium heavy, but will go for a 6'6" or medium action if the value is good good to pass up.

I was shopping new in the sub $25 range, but am considering used and into $40 range if the rod is a good match for me.

i bought a rod off of cutthroat a while back it was a Gander Mtn 7ft casting rod for $25. He had 2 at the time you can check and see if he still has any. It's pretty light and a pretty good rod for the money. It retailed new for 50-60.
