WTB: Fishing or Fish-n-fun boat < $4000

A friend of mine is looking for a boat to buy and wants to spend no more than 4,000 and would like a good deal. Maybe something with a strong motor but needs a few repairs. . . He lives in Manchester so I am helping him look around Chattanooga.

Have any of you all been kicking around the idea of selling your boat? Also, isn't there an advertiser on here who sells repossessed boats?
