Wtt Minn Kota Power Drive V2 ( pic added)

I boat a boat last year that has a Minn Kota Power Drive V2 24 volt 70lbs thrust trolling motor on it.It does not have the I polit on it but does have auto pilot. I would like to trade for a 24 volt Motorguide. I would be open to Minn Kota but prefer Motorguide.
