Fished form 7:00 am -2:30. Threw Swimbait, jig, and shakey. Caught all but 2 fish on Shakey and most fish came in about 8-12 feet of water. Only 1 fish caught had any bedding marking on it. Best 5 would have went around 17 lbs. I fished fast yesterday trying new areas and fished a lot of water from the dam up to the stump beds around the golf course. It told me that these fish are not super shallow but they could be anywhere other than that. I caught 18 fish today. I personally think that you just have to fish a lot of water and hope to find a good 1 or 2. I haven't found them moved up on the stumps or any laydowns for that matter this year and I have fished a lot. Some people are saying that there are a lot that haven't bedded yet and others are saying most have already done there business. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the report. I’m curious about that too. Haven’t seen bloody tales on any of my fish. Fished this past Saturday and Sunday and did get bit on any shallow cover or see any on beds. Has to move to that 8-15 ft range to find anything consistently.
