XBOX 360 with tons extra

XBOX 360 Newly Refurbished!

My XBOX 360 is like new unplayed still in the box they sent the system back to me in since I had it repaired under warranty. Of course it comes with the hard drive with several game demos that I have downloaded and other online games ive downloaded. It also comes with:

Rock Band including the Drum Set, Microphone, and Guitar.
Ninja Gaiden 2
Madden 2008
Burnout Revenge ( a bit scratched up)
Tiger Woods 2007
NBA 2k7
Top Spin 2

Ill throw in 2 other games but ive never put them in the system and have no idea what condition they are in. Given to me by a neighbor for scratching up a game I loaned him:

Full auto
Tony Hawks American Waseland.

This is a pretty big bulk of items and I do not want to split anything up for now so if you are interested in the entire pack let me know. 300$ Sounds fair to me, but make me an offer and well see. If you want I have the original box I bought the 360 in, the original box for Rock Band and of course all the original boxes for all the games.

Josh, my boat is still awaiting a new part. Ive been garaged for a while. And the only reason im selling it is b/c I bought Sam a Wii for his birthday in November. But Laurel and ive been moonlighting and playing it while he is asleep.
