The charger came with the boat and I am not familiar with it (or any other kind for that matter). It seems pretty inconvenient that it only has 1 set of lights for 2 banks. So I dont know if they both work, or only 1. Im sure at least 1 works because my batteries get charged up. But I rotate the 2 sets of wires between all 3 batteries to make sure they all charge. Also, ill plug it in and only power light will come one. I will wiggle the inline fuse then the charge light will turn on for a second then the "go fish" and "float" lights come on. If i twist the inline fuse to the "perfect" position, the charge light will stay on as if its charging. So i left it like that and 2 days later that charge light was still on. Surely it doesnt take 2 days to charge a battery. Also the indicator lights seems to like to work more when both banks are connected over 1 or just the other. Does this sound like a bad charger or fuses? Because that happens to a couple fuses.
