Yamaha 115 4 stoke local mechanic?

I have a 115 Yamaha 4 stoke the blew out about 3 seconds of bluish smoke when I restarted after a long run my last time out. I also noticed a little bit of oil in the water behind the motor when it was idling.
Does anyone know of a good local (Chattanooga)boat mechanic or have had a similar experience. Thanks!
