Hate days like that! With the water conditions it’s not a shocker. I’m guessing the lake was pretty muddy? How much trash was in the water?

I mean this as an actual question, how much will the BASS tournament in Dayton actually effect the traffic down near Chester Frost? How many guys would make that run to fish the southern end of the lake?

Are there any maps which identify the sand/mud bars and other hazards at Parksville? Would love to go, would hate to sacrifice a prop!

I’ve caught white bass aplenty below the dam on a Kastmaster. I keep the line light to preserve my range.

Spent a few hours testing some new equipment and trying sections of the river I hadn’t tried before. Picked up a nice spotted bass (17”) holding on structure next to the current but not long after they opened a spillway and the current went pretty crazy. Caught it on a gold spoon.

I don’t even duck hunt and I like this post! It was good seeing you and getting to reintroduce myself this morning, Richard. I hope y’all caught lots of big bluegill.
