Too nice a day to not to fish. Heavy mist at CFP, idled to the river. Cleared up there and ran to Soddy creek. Fished hard, joined the conga line of tournament practice in some spots. Ended with a couple small spots. Fished 2-30 fow, fish came off drops to 15-20 fow. All caught on a shakey head. Threw jerkbait, jig, crank, bladed jig, shakey. Water was 49-50, and summer clear, 3' visibility. Ran into some CFFer's crappie fishing. Holly Creek lot was full, and parking on the grass. Wrapped trucks and other out of state plates at CFP.

good to know the water is clearing up! I was looking forward to fishing the next couple days THEN I remembered the FLW Costa was going on.... its gonna get crowded
