I ended up getting a medium heavy duckett green ghost series from sportsman's thanks for the info guys very appreciative

So I need some input I've tried using a medium action rod for my spinning rod but my hookup ratio is way off I lose more that I land so I'm thinking maybe a med. Heavy for my spinning reel so my question is who makes a good one last rod was duckett ghost series but it was super flimsy btw this...

Thanks i know there will be alot of people snickering but im just there to have fun and learn

So i just bought a aluminum flat bottom and was wondering if i can fish in some of the tournament next year in the chattanooga area with it only having a trolling motor or are there motor regulations

How has the fishing been there i went about a month ago and caught a limit in 20 min could have just been luck but over all had about twenty fish 15 keepers total about 16 biggest fish weighed 7.2 smallest keeper 3lbs
