Alright. It's the time of year for lists. What are your 20 favorite movies of all time? Not in any special ranking order, but just your favorties.

Mine are:

1. Gone With the Wind (I grew up watching this with my parents)
2. Slingblade
3. Terminator (all of them!)
4 Lord of the Rings (ALL of them!)
5. Godfather (All of them)
6. Starwars (All of them)
7. Colour Purple
8. Scent of a Woman (one of the BEST)
9. Cold Mountain
10. It's a Wonderful Life
11. Ten Commandments
12. Shawshank Redemption
13. Pulp Fiction
14. Lonesome Dove
15. Silence of the Lambs
16. V for Vendetta
17. Alien (all of them)
18. The Shining
19. Amadeus
20. Braveheart
 
I'll play. Mine in no particular order:

1) Transformers ( Best Sci-Fi movie)
2) Alien and Aliens. ( The last two were awful)
3) Saving Private Ryan ( Best Action film of all time)
4) The Man With Two Brains ( Best Comedy)
5) Jeremiah Johnson
6) I love you to Death ( Second Best Comedy)
7) Ben Hur ( Campy with a message)
8) The Incredibles ( Best Animated Movie)
9) Kelly's Heroes ( I drop what I'm doing to watch it)
10) Seven ( The most intense movie ever made that makes Silence of the Lambs look like a cartoon)
11) Silence of the Lambs ( I still liked it)
12) The Game ( Great twists)
13) The Exorcist ( Scary even after 30 years)
14) Grease ( Best Musical)
15) Minority Report ( Although a world class kook, Cruise was excellent in this one)
16) Pirates of the Caribbean ( Depp at his best)
17) Signs ( The only M Knight Shyamalan movie worth mentioning)
18) True Grit ( My favorite John Wayne movie)
19) The Thing ( 1980 version)
20) 28 Weeks Later ( The sequel to 28 Days Later. Disturbing)

Pointer I had forgotten about the Exorcist. You are right, it still scare the crap outta me! Have you seen the directors cut? Very scary.
 
You're right Terry. There are Images in the director's cut that made the movie much more frightening. Like the demons appearing on the appliances when the mother is walking through the kitchen.
