another rule for consideration

I like the "beer rule ", lets call it one of those grey areas though. Several times I have forgotten to get some the night before and cant get any early in the morning. But I usually have a backup bottle of something around the house or in the boat. Sounds like yall have the details worked out pretty good. No walkups PLEASE sounds like the right way to word that rule.
