Parksville lake of course
There's not any reports coming from Parksville at all and I know many people are fishing that lake on the weekends... Maybe some CFF'ers?

So what I'm saying is that if you are on here and have fished Parksville lately... Can you please post some reports, even if you aren't catching anything?!

My Parksville reports will be coming soon... Whenever I get out there!

Thanks

I will be fishing Parksville next week and the following week... Would anyone be up for having a little buddy tourney or something. something like $10 a boat 3 fish or 5 ??? whatever would work. We'll be down from pa for a week and a half. let me know.

T4B - Yes, we'll hook up... Maybe not using the horny toads in the spring!

But the toad action should be great again in the summer for catching those "bigger" bass and more largemouth. Although I may try throwing white colored toads here in the spring and see how they work.

No one's allowed to host any TX's at Parksville right now... And whenever TX's are allowed you will have to have some kind of permit which costs about $1,000 annually!

But I'd love to get out on Parksville sometime soon... We could have a small TX that DOES NOT have any money involved. Also I'm pretty sure that you wont be allowed to bring the fish back to the ramp and weigh them as you would in a real TX... So I don't know how that would work out.

I'd highly discourage that. The Park Svc is regulating all Tx's by requiring liabilty insurance to be carried by the group involved and other fees. Check under the Tournament Forum for a group that has regular Tx's up there, but you'll still have to pay an additional fee on top of your entry to cover liabilty.

scratch that idea then... well either way my buddy and I will be on Parksville several days during the dates listed. Bass Tracker 175 pro crappie so if anyone sees us out there stop by and say hello. I guess we will be checking out the upper end looking for pre-spawn largies and then maybe checking out a couple areas way down lake for bigger spats... We'll be all over the first couple until we find em.

Hey the upper end of Parksville is pretty much dried up right now. But there's always some largemouth everywhere on that lake! Just have to throw the right baits, which I don't really know are for this time of the year... Anyways I hope you get 'em!
