Fish the ditches leading into Baker and Indian with either a DD22 or Deep Little-N in Lavendar Shad.

Iv'e been fishing Parksville every week for about the last 2 months. Iv'e been doing pretty good with the spots and largemouth verticle jigging and trolling live bait across mainlake points and creek channels. the most productive depth seems to be between 40-55ft... rarely catch anything shallower than 30ft. The lower end of the lake is where most of the beeter fish have been caught, my biggest this winter was a largemouth close to 5lbs in 55ft of water. I'm looking foward to this summer, but it has been nice to have the whole lake to myself.

The Parksville massage about permits and tournaments is for the current Tuesday & Thursday nite tournaments.
Cherokee Forrestry Division would not issue a permit for the month of March. we were fishing on Saturday morning during the winter due to cold weather and darkness. This was a permited tournament also, continued from last summer. Tha permit we will be issued starting in April will follow the like schedule as was fished last year.
No permit required for recreation fishing, any questions call Cherokee Forrestry Div.
