Yeah, I've never really done well with toads on the grass mats... I have a blast using them on clear water surfaces though!

I've caught a lot of good fish on those rats through the years, but I've never had fish attack one like they did that Ribbit frog a month ago in front of Bennet's

Billy, don't be confused, just go buy some Spro Bronzebacks. I was really wanting to chunk a horny toad and a grass spoon, but Fishnvol shot me down. emoAngry I think he doesn't own any of those other baits may be the reason, lol.

Would it be better if we moved it to Sunday the 5th? Make it an all day tournament??? Safe light - 3pm?? I would like to get a good turnout for this . It's the exact same concept as the snagproof on Guntersville. Crap, if it will get more participation, I'll allow the horny toad type baits, but they aren't real easy to fish in mats.
