I own 2 of the SKT's and they are by far the best reels I own !! Check BBC for deals on them. I got mine from there . Got them cheap too.

Yeah what models do you have though, I also have a revo S which has been a pretty good reel for me. And most others swear that the SKT Revo has been the best reel theyve ever fished. One guy specifically told me that he would trade 5 of his shimanos for one.

well Its not the skeet reese but I just bought a Premeir brand new for $175 on ebay.

Kim, What model of Revo do you have? I want to get a price on the side plate just in case F&F cant help you out. I had a customer bring in a brand new Revo with the same problem as Kim. Not sure what causes the screw to loosen.

What planet are you on????? My Curados all have broke down and are crap... Revos and Accurists are the way to go.

The SX is my least favorite of the Revos for some reason. Just don't seem to be as easy to cast or as smooth as the others. The S is a stout, inexpensive reel. The Winch and the SKT are in a class of their own IMO

I never had any problems with my SX's , they are made for heavier lure though. No finesse with those.

Yeah I think a lot of the reels are subjective when you get into 200-300 reels. They are all pretty good. my buddy actually broke his steez($450)...so I think that if you've got a reel that is light and can cast a weightless rig without lash then youve got your self a good reel. looks seem to be the desiding factor after about 200 bucks...
