That's for sure, the man is a flaming fool.. I hope he has lots of money to pay the Wal-Mart attorney fees and court cost when he loses this frivolous case. Even if he does win, not likely, but even if he does .. dosnt mean he is going to get the full amount he asking for, and of course wal-mart will appeal, and he will spend years in court wasting every waking moment and penny he has

I know where you are coming from there. I am 63 years old but someone shoves me down I'll be doing a one finger wave all the way down.
I went and read the complaints that was lodged against him and I can't see but do know why he kept his job as long as he did. I know in my former dept 2 strikes and you were outa there.

It would be interesting to see how far this one goes. I thought you first had to convince a judge to hear the case in the first place? I would think after already being found quilty and the case against him being settled for $12,000.00 to the greeter, that this case would be dismissed. They have it on video as to what happened and the greeter's supposed trip and fall. If this does go to court it is just another case of wasted tax dollars and time. emoBang Jmax
