Saw one at Land Between The Lakes during the kids turkey hunt the second week in April . Kinda surprised me , hadn't seen one that far north yet

Seen a couple last year in Marion County, none this year yet.

Armadillos do not hibernate nor do they store fat. They expand their range during mild winters and they are forced back toward the south during very cold winters. They were first seen in SE Tennessee more than two decades ago but of course have never become common.

seen a couple hit around mm2 on 75 north. they are all over mid and west tn.

Saw one dead on Cummings Hwy going around Lookout Mtn, last fall. 25-06 will skin one out right quick
