Bait at loudon or watts bar?

Here below the Guntersville dam we are doing best right at sun up, not sunrise but day break I guess you would call it. The jumbo threads and gizzards are so thick for about an hour that you can just about scoop them up with a net and you get a skipjack on every cast while they are in a feeding frenzy during this time. With the current avg 15,000 cfs at most of the dams (Guntersville, Wheeler and Wilson) the pattern is the same bait wise. You should try it up there. We are just fishing the seams by the wing walls at these damns using foley spoons and a 6 foot cast net.

I have been there several times in the past two weeks and not seen any at all on the wall. Amazing how it changes from day to day.
