Bed fishing? Yay or nay?

I'll fish a bedding fish if I come across one but I'm not sitting there for several hours on one.. I don't have the patience for that, I'll move on to greener pastures pretty quick.

Same here. I have no problem with someone keeping a legally caught fish. Nature has a natural balance but smaller bodies of water most often need angler help to keep from getting out of wack.

I’ve bed fished but it is not one of my go-to fun ways of fishing. If I happen to catch a fish on a bed I immediately release it in the same spot. I don’t have any reason to take a fish out of it’s spot from where I found since tournament fishing is not something I’m interested in.

I don’t actively search for them. If I catch one on a bed I’ll immediately release unless in a tourney. Otherwise, don’t really have the patience for it.

It is not my favorite way to fish, but I have done it and will do it in a tournament. I learned years ago I can see them pretty well, and from time to time I can get them to hit, but most of the time I spend too much time on a fish and still do not catch it.
