Best life jacket for the money

so all this discussion about vests has me looking at options. i still think the style(floatation in front, none in back with headrest, like an inflatable) they make for children are the best option for keeping you alive if knocked out, they keep you face up. but cant seem to find one in an adult size. this is the closest ive found but doesnt have a zipper but does have a low waist strap :

COOL!!! good news, talked to the manufacturer of the jacket and the above jacket does have the "turning" action where it will turn you face up if youre out.
