Richard, the best way to clean a cat is to put dishwashing liquid in the tolit, pitch the cat in and shut the lid real fast, the cat will thrash around for some time, then flush the commode and you have rinsed the cat off,repeat two or three times, then raise the lid on the commode and let the cat run free, drys itself in no time fast, especially if the cat is very fast. You probably won't have to feed it for a few days either after it runs away from home.
