Big Bass Tour

I am fishing it too and all you who want it to be at CFP thats never gonna happen. What do you think draws these big tournaments to town??? $$$$$. Dayton made an additional $12M last year in increased sales tax revenue from fishing. This means that they are willing to pay host fees for tournaments like this to come to chick (the whole pay a dollar to make ten concept). Chattanooga doesn't give a crap about fishing so forget about having weigh in at Chester Frost park... I will gladly tow my boat to Dayton for a tournament because they have the best facilities, man-power, etc... on this lake to host a large tournament. They have an entire community that wants to do everything in its power to make every fishing event great. Chattanooga could care less.

Hit the nail on the head Shane well put

I fished it years ago at Douglas lake and had fun but didn't win any $$. Fishing it this weekend with son. Hope everyone has fun. Good for Dayton. I am glad there is a community willing to host.

Just curious what weights do you guys expect someone will need to have to make the top 10 for an hour?

I would venture a guess that depending on the hour, 5 pounds or larger would be needed to break the top 10 each hour. The first couple of hours probably 7 lbs or larger.
